Expected Delivery Times
Typically, orders within Thailand are delivered within 2-4 days.
We expedite the packing of your order at our warehouse, located in Chiang Mai. After dispatch, the expected delivery time is usually 2-4 days. We strive to dispatch orders within one day of placement, but please note that there might be occasional 1-2 day delays due to carrier issues or high order volumes.
During periods of high parcel volumes, undeliverable parcels may be rerouted to your nearest collection point.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, first ensure that your provided details are accurate. If everything is correct, contact our Customer Service within 30 business days of placing your order, and we will assist you.
Missing Order Confirmation
If you haven't received an order confirmation after your purchase, there might have been an error in your email address. Contact us at [email protected] to verify your order. We can correct your email and resend the confirmation. Before placing another order, please reach out to avoid duplicates.
How to Return an Order
Items must be returned to our warehouse in Chiang Mai in secure packaging, ideally in the original box.
Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order before dispatch, contact us immediately. While we cannot guarantee cancellation due to our quick processing times, we will do our best to accommodate your request. For weekend or after-hours orders, please email us.
